Cancellation Policy for Golden Class Movers
If you need to cancel/postpone a move you’ve booked with Golden Class Movers , we require that you e-mail us at info@goldenclassmovers.ca 14 business days prior to your scheduled moving day.
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. However, if you do not advise us 14 business days in advance that you would like to cancel or postpone your move, you will be charged a $250* cancellation fee.
Last Minute Cancellation- if you cancel on the day of the move, you will be charged based on your flat fee* or your hourly rate* (subject to 3 hours minimum) plus one-time fee* for the truck. We ask you to please understand that to book your move we schedule in an appropriate number of movers and commit our trucks and equipment to your move.
*Deposits to reserve our trucks are non-refundable.
* HST and credit card surcharge are extra
